RTV-2 molding silicone rubber are generally named two-component room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber,a kind elastic silicone rubber mold which features with resistance to deformation, acid-alkali , high-temperature and expansion. It mainly applicable to product exploitation,architectural decoration, make the silicone mould for cultural relic duplication,model design,resin crafts,lighting ornaments, candles,   statues,   etc.


These are two-component, room temperature cure, silicone molding compounds. Silicones are noted for their ease of application and high durability. They come in a wide hardness range of Shore 35 to 80

We custom build die casting and injection silicone rubber(tooling including Trim Dies), used in the manufacture of silicone rubber components. Our silicone moulds(tooling) division can make dies for components of varied sizes . For instance, our silicone moulds(tools) have been used in the manufacture of products ranging from small gaskets to big dimension,silicone rubber sheet.

Die casting and injection silicone moulds tooling types that we manufacture include die cast molds, silicone rubber injection molds, multi-cavity dies.

We build die cast silicone mould(tooling) with single or multiple cavities for brass, zinc and aluminum castings. If required, we can offer trim tools for cast parts as well.


Low-cost dies for prototyping or sample applications can be built in short time frames. Also, we can modify, troubleshoot, and repair your existing(silicone moulds)tools and dies.
